I have been working at Blue Casa Communications full-time
Steady day-to-day workload that won't change much Regular schedule, not much off-hours work Close to downtown Santa Barbara Off street parking available
Not a very dynamic or exciting frontier Parking is bit limited
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Blue Casa Communications in February 2009.
Contacted by headhunter, phone interview, 2nd phone interview, 1:1 interview with another intermediary, more follow-up calls. No offer. They seemed very disorganized and working thru headhunters that passed candidates to each other. Each headhunter pushes for their own candidate however all headhunters interview all candidates. Never seen this before. I am glad I didn’t hear back from them.
