    The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico.


    Applied online about 1 week later got a call for an on the spot phone interview. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and I felt like it went really well and he gave me positive feedback. Said someone would call to schedule face to face interview. They called an hour later and scheduled me for 2 days later. I went and this was the weirdest interview. Met with 2 senior employees who had been there a while. They were both dressed really casual and seemed pretty disinterested. Read everything off a script. Here's where it gets weird. They made me do a "role play" where one of the interviewers was an "angry customer". She turned her chair around and they said to just improvise. The second interviewer goes "ring ring ring" and we start role playing while I talk to this woman's back. So weird. I felt really uncomfortable so I struggled. When asked if I had questions I asked what they liked best about working here and one of the interviewers says "the benefits". WOW. I was not impressed
