I applied in-person. I interviewed at Blue Cross of Idaho (Meridian, ID) in April 2015.
I have worked with this department for about a year and a half. I was asked questions that didn't relate to the job that I had done. I had to go on the past experiences to complete the questions. They had set in their minds to hire within Blue Cross. I don't think I had a chance as being a contract worker. They ended up hiring two people that had worked with the company for over 10 years. Three of the temps were not hired during this process. All of us were very disappointed.
