The company is fairly young, but the ideas are fascinating, the people are innovative and allowed to try out new and different ideas if they have a "sponsor." Ability to work remotely. If you're a techie compensation is generous. If you're sales, the base is pitiful, but the commission potential is excellent.
A few of the key management are hard headed and sometimes you get the clear idea that they may not be listening to you. It is very frustrating. People shift direction so fast you can't keep track. Benefits could be a lot better, but they're cheapskates and hold their contributions lo the minimum. They need to work out the kinks or they'll lose people. They started in a bad economic cycle so that has impacted a lot of thinking.
Advice to Management
For the most part, you guys are doing a great job. My concern is that as the company grows, you'll lose sight of that. I hope that does not happen.
