-Being face to face with new people every day
-Knowing the product you're selling will help your customer on something they NEED (energy).
-Based off of your production not the team production
- No caps on how much you can make
- Make your own schedule
- Helping the environment
- making connections with customers/networking on doors
- Rude customers at times
- Not every employee you know you'll get along with
Advice to Management
-Keep up the great work
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Raven Solar (New York, NY) in March 2015.
Process was long and it took awhile to get started. I did not enjoy the fact how they had to fly me out in order to interview me. What if I was not qualified? I'd waste my time leaving my previous job.
We held our first annual Solar Giveaway, installing a complete solar power system for free to Utah resident Matt Smith.
Our installers and many employees from our headquarters gathered at Matt's home in West Valley for the culminating event of this project, the solar installation, and our employees got the opportunity to see an installation firs-hand and try out some of the equipment.
