    Pros

We are a family. We rely on each other, communicate efficiently, and act as a team. If you want to learn what you're truly made of and if you're seeking purposeful work, this is the place. We are incredibly privileged to be able to serve those struggling with addiction and look forward to adding new members to our family.

    Cons

Working at BRMRC is not for the faint of heart. You will be challenged mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The growth will be uncomfortable and the work is fast-paced. No journey worth taking is easy.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015

      Interview

It was very easy and laid back. there we many questions asked about yourself and about the program.I dressed very nicely but felt a little overdressed. Interviewer was friendly and patient.
There was a tour involved after the interview and you got to meet the residents.
