I have been working at Blue Shore Strategies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its just an overall awesome environment to work in. The hours are flexible if anything unexpected does come up. The entire office is very helpful with all areas at work. Its a competitive friendly atmosphere. I have been here since may and have got to travel to Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Boston all expense paid for work. I have also won 3 bonuses which is always nice. My first job out of college, I love it thus far.

    Cons

We do have to travel far some days but as with any job you can deduct the milage come tax time. The location of the office is further then I would like but is well worth the drive since the opportunity isn't paralleled.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Blue Shore Strategies (Pikesville, MD) in October 2015.

    Interview

I applied a week or so before I was contacted. Everyone was very professional. The interview itself was fairly simple, but I felt that they wanted to get to know me more first before delving into other things in terms of the job. This was refreshing change. I did find the questions about my previous work experience moderately difficult because I felt like like my answers did not fit what they were looking for.
