I have been working at Blue Star Software full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have worked for Blue Star Software for a long time now and I can't say enough good things about it. Its still a relatively small company but don't let that scare you. I have had the privilege of working for a Fortune 100 company with over 100,000 employees and what they offered doesn't even compare to what Blue Star Software provides. Blue Star Software has much more competitive salaries, better benefits, more allowances for training and books, and overall a much better culture. Currently we are staffing quite a few contracts across northern Viriginia and Maryland so there is always opporunity to try something new! The company management is amazing and genuinely seems to care about the employees.

    Cons

There were some in the beginning but management listens to the employees and often implements their ideas or recommendations. Today I can't think of any cons.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
