Co-op Product Development Program

Co-op interns help us to build the next generation Blue Yonder applications. Our Research and Development internship program will challenge you with all aspects of product development, including business analysis, quality engineering, user experience design, and team leadership.

Associate Business Consultant (ABC) Program

Blue Yonder's Associate Business Consultant program is an 18-month entry level business consultant experience uniquely designed to support your transition in to the world of consulting. As an ABC you will spend time learning everything you can about what it means to be a Blue Yonder consultant. He brings the same passion and commitment to his sport that we do to enterprise software.

Following a standout career at Arizona State University, Jon Rahm made his professional debut in June 2016 after finishing as the low amateur at the U.S. Open. In just over two years, Rahm has taken the golf world by storm. He has amassed six career wins, two top-five finishes in Major Championships, and been ranked as high as second in the Official World Golf Rankings. Rahm was also a member of the winning European team in the 2018 Ryder Cup. Prior to turning pro, Rahm was the top ranked amateur golfer for a record 60 weeks and was the first golfer to win the Ben Hogan Award (awarded to the nation’s best collegiate golfer) twice. Recently, his record in major championships is equally as impressive with four top ten finishes including a T3 finish at the 2019 US Open and a T9 finish at the 2019 Masters Tournament. Rahm is currently ranked first in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Giving Back

Blue Yonder’s mantra is to ‘Live Inspired,’ not only at work but in all that we do. We love to see this in action to support, enhance and serve local communities. All associates are encouraged to take one day of paid volunteer time off each year to serve at a local charity of their choice.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to provide the Recharge Days, these have had a tremendous positive impact on our entire organization. Let's start having BY Investment Days, where we dedicate the day to investing in learning. Senior management, focus on what is most important and let's drive those to closure. Let's be realistic about the timelines we place on each other. Too many priorities means something always drops or gets delayed.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Irving, TX) in October 2019.


    I was referred to another position by a JDA's employee and the recruiter recommended me applying for another position that fitted my skills better, which was this position. I did phone screening with the recruiter, phone interview with the manager, and in-person interview with other 4 people onsite. The process took around 2 weeks and they let me know the result very quickly.
