    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at BlueArc (San Jose, CA) in December 2010.

    Interview

What recommended by a recruiter. Had intial phone interview and then a 1:1 with present boss. Months passed between intial interview and follow up phone conversation and then renewed interviews about 5 months later. Once through those rounds of interviews went through a process of negotiations.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe past accomplishments   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Atypically long, but this was probably just a fluke more than the rule.
