Mission: BlueMetal's mission is to help our clients succeed by delivering modern application strategy, design, and architecture with quality, craftsmanship, and velocity.
I have been working at BlueMetal full-time (Less than a year)
I am recently hired, I haven't started yet but just had few conversations with my reporting manger and he made me feel so good about this company that i have started liking it even before i have started working here. Hope it stays that way.
I cant think of anything negative as of now.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BlueMetal (Watertown, MA) in March 2016.
Two phone screens, three onsite interviews, and two months later still no email or phone call to say "thanks, but no thanks". I understand that even good people may not be a fit for every job, but it's a matter of courtesy.
It's a shame, too. I really liked the folks that I met there.
For a company that prides itself on it's professional reputation, it's a very unprofessional way to treat applicants.
