Our team is on a roll! Here is a picture from the London team at Penfold Community Hub (a senior center). Our team helped with gardening and provided tech support!

On October 15th, eight Bluebeam Pasadena employees volunteered together through Pasadena Educational Foundation to help in the garden at John Muir High School. The group spent the morning clearing weeds in the vegetable garden, as well as plotting out a meditation labyrinth. They also helped secure a greenhouse cover that had come off during a windstorm. Bluebeam sponsored equipment to help clear the area for the labyrinth, as well as rocks, plants, weed cloth and other supplies. Jason Boehret – “This is my second time working in the garden at Muir High School and I always enjoy it. A bit of hard work pulling weeds, but a lot of fun with my fellow Bluebeam employees. I love that we partner with the Pasadena Educational Foundation and I also enjoy working with the Pasadena Unified School District Head Gardener and learning about the great agricultural programs they have for the students. Oh - I should mention they rewarded us with fresh basil, tomatoes and peppers!”

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I’ve been here for a couple of months now, and continue to be blown away by how supportive and bright the people across the organization are. Like any company going through a massive transition,

There is so a lot of room for improvement as we continue to scale and become a more fundamentally sound organization. There are opportunities to create better procedures and best practices, along

Advice to Management

Keep the openness and humility that I have seen in my short time as a Bluebeamer, and continue to maintain flexibility as the world changes around us. So far, I think you’ve done a great job

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bluebeam (London, England) in Jan 2022

Initial call with recruiter, about 40 minutes during which we talked about my experience and I was given some information on the and background on the company. This was followed by and additional 1 hour interview with senior managers from the recruitment team. Both these interviews were similar, a mixture of competency based questions and general information about the role and challenges. The process was quick and I received an offer within a few days of my final interview. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and professional and the process very smooth. I was given feedback along the way and given plenty of opportunity to ask questions etc. Smooth and professional process.
