I worked at Bluefish Wireless Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun, if at times chaotic. Merged with Mobi Wireless, its sister company, and fired most employees. The pay was phenomenal, as were the benefits. Management was great, even up to the Directors. It's the only adult-job that I can truly say that, despite some issues, I actually miss working there.

    Cons

Management sometimes didn't realize that growth meant that more people might need to work on a particular project. So the workload increased by 3 or 4 times, but the manpower didn't match.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bluefish Wireless Management (Indianapolis, IN) in March 2013.

    Interview

Was emailed about the position approximately a week after I applied to their website by the HR Assistance. Setup a phone interview time that was convenient with both the HR Manager and myself. The HR Manager was over 15 minutes late calling me, citing that she had just gotten out a meeting. No really difficult questions, but being asked how much I was expected to be paid for the position, and not expecting the usual "skirt around the bush" answer was not welcome. When it was demanded for an answer, I gave her my research answer, and it was very obvious that the range was too high for them. My guess was that they want someone cheap, which is a shame because it seemed like a good company who would pay well based off website research. . .
