I worked at Bluegrass Cellular full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and great management. Looks great on a resume and the work is fun if you have the right attitude! Great way to kick off a sales management career.

    Cons

Long hours and could pay more. Also, not a lot of room to be promoted as it's a super basic management structure and no one ever really quits there.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bluegrass Cellular (Elizabethtown, KY) in January 2016.

    Interview

The interview was pretty laid back. They asked standard interview questions and gave a detail description of pay, insurance, vacation time, etc. It was more of a conversation; they made me feel as though we had been friends for a long time. The supervisors did compliment my attire and said many people do not dress in business attire.
