    Cons

Since its a small company, the insurance is not the greatest.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Bluelock (Indianapolis, IN) in March 2016.

    Interview

The process was very drawn out and it was to have meetings and interviews with all of those involved in the decision making process. The questions were very well specific to my process in the role that was similar to the role I have currently. It's a company that is not one where you come in and it's an easy process, they really care and dig deep into who you are as a contributor because that is indicative to the culture of this company. They are always asking for your input in all meetings and what you are doing in the moment. They want an employee who is on their toes and not just a warm body.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me about my prospecting process, how I handle positions that does not include a lot of others in my position, how I handle conflict with companies, how I handle certain scenerios at my current job that can be translated into Bluelock.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    no negotiating. Salary is set.
