I worked at Bluemercury full-time
Luxury product and brand. Beautiful location, staff, and store.
Growing pains.. I have faith that a solution to any problem is communication. This is a company that respects and cares about all members of the Bluemercury family.
Advice to Management
Be respectful, professional, any District Manager should be a reflection of your brand and should bend over backwards to accommodate the people whom do the same. Mutual respect in communication between all peoples of power. You should feel empowered to work for your company. That comes from the players in your District Manager roles. Mutual respect so people on your floor are comfortable getting the support they need to make your store a success.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bluemercury (Phila, PA) in March 2017.
brief and just based my interview off of my last job. They did not ask me about my past numbers or product knowledge. Never asked if I was trained as an artist by any brands.
