Advice to Management
Require all corporate employees spend at least 1 day in local store location. Those in corporate office should understand the business and Bluemecury retail experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bluemercury.
Interviews were very casual. Met with district and regional manager. Didn’t fully communicate the challenges of the particular store until the second interview. Was not very positive about the store over all and deterred me from wanting to move forward with the position.
