I worked at Bluewolf full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Company is the leader in a really fast growing market (Salesforce consulting)
    - If you're smart and work hard, you'll rise really fast through the ranks - most of the mid-level and senior managers are relatively young
    - Company invests a lot in your professional success (i.e. talent management)
    - Great employee base - most are friends and hang out together after work

    Cons

    - Fast growing company means rapid change and not a lot of structure. If you're uncomfortable with this, you won't be happy

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing

    Social Media Strategist Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in San Francisco, CA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Bluewolf (San Francisco, CA) in February 2019.

    Interview

Drawn out and unprofessional. Interviewed first via phone with a hiring manager; then had a second interview via phone with the creative director; then was asked to prepare an in-depth creative presentation to then present to on video conference call with the creative team; and then another separate phone interview with a senior member of the marketing team. This was over the course of 5 months. The hiring manager was very positive and really did a lot to "keep me on the hook," so to speak. Unprofessional in how optimistic she encouraged me to be.
