Based in NYC, I bring a unique background of over 13 years of global business experience with roles in Forecasting, New Product Development, Business Development, IT, Sales and Marketing to my clients. During this time I accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise working with salesforce.com as a User, Administrator, Trainer, Consultant and Project Manager. Prior to joining Bluewolf, I was responsible for IT and Marketing for a Manufacturing Company and lead a Global deployment of Salesforce.com. I have completed Executive Education at Duke Fuqua School of Business and am currently a certified SFDC Admin and Service Cloud Consultant.
The thing I enjoy most about working at Bluewolf is the sense of freedom to act on my ideas and to find my own way to succeed. I also appreciate the shared knowledge in the company. I joined Bluewolf after completing a Masters in Economics with Honors from Hunter College. Since starting at Bluewolf, I became a certified SFDC Administrator and Consultant, and was given the opportunity to lead projects for companies in media, finance, energy, and healthcare, all of which are at the top of their industries. What I love most about working with clients is the ???Eureka?? moment, when I recognize I have a solution to a challenge they face. I derive satisfaction from improving my clients' salesforce.com functionality to better reflect their most current business processes.

In my five years at Bluewolf I have played many roles, ranging from Business Analyst to Managing Director. I have worked on nearly every aspect of an implementation, founded a university program for our incoming BA's, and managed our delivery team in the Western US. Most recently, I have been charged with managing our operations in EMEA focused around the Financial Services and Media/ Telco verticals. Prior to joining Bluewolf, I was the Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit organization, and I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

I am passionate about working with amazing companies and achieving success together. Prior to working for Bluewolf, I worked at Kaplan Test Prep in their Production and Business Systems departments as a Business Analyst. I currently hold five Salesforce certifications and am also very proud to be a Salesforce MVP. Every day, I look forward to the new and interesting challenges that working with such a variety of top-notch companies provides. I received my undergraduate degree from McGill University in Humanistic Studies, with minors in both Economics and US History.
I've been with Bluewolf since 2002 and while my role and areas of focus have changed over the years, the reasons that I am part of the Bluewolf team have not. First Tee: Bluewolf has been a proud sponsor of First Tee San Francisco for the past 8 years, donating more than $100,000 to this amazing organization which provides children of all backgrounds life-enhancing skills and values through golf and character education.
Computers For Youth: Excited to support teaching technology skills to the next generation, Bluewolf has supported New York’s CFY through fundraising and hands-on volunteer events, helping students, teachers, and parents use digital learning to improve educational outcomes.
