Mission: As a company, we admire independence and independent thinking. We thrive on the discomfort of a challenge and see opportunity in ambiguity. We’re bound to each other by a passion for finding answers. We love personalities that don’t fit molds
We are a global consulting agency obsessed with experiences in a digital world. We’re the premier Salesforce strategic partner for a reason—we put the customer at the core of our approach and build solutions designed to create experiences that drive results. Now.
It’s always now
We pioneered cloud consulting, and more than 15 years later, we’re still working relentlessly to ensure our clients capitalize on every opportunity that each new day presents. Our team and clients thrive in the now—where past experience merges with future possibility, and opportunity and action align to exceed expectations.
We’re not for everyone
We specialize in leading cloud technologies like Salesforce, but our clients come to Bluewolf for so much more than our technical expertise. We serve a community of future-focused industry leaders dedicated to building the next generation of digital experiences. Our technology-driven method combines our team’s years of experience with cloud solutions that continually connect our clients with their customers.
We start with results
We hit the ground running and have our eyes on results from day one. We’re not interested in table stakes—we’re feeding an insatiable appetite for competitive advantage, explosive growth, and relentless innovation. We’re devoted to helping our clients realize success by right-sizing innovation for each individual project. We champion our clients and never stop searching for creative ways to help them deliver innovative experiences to their customers through the ever-increasing potential of technology.
The way we see it, when business is done in real time on the cutting edge, it’s always now.
Bluewolf has offices in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific and has worked with companies in more than 25 countries globally.
"There's something about those Bluewolf people."
We hear this time and again from our customers, our partners, and our community. Why? At Bluewolf, we call it the ‘moneyball’ factor: who you are matters as much as what you’ve done. We recruit for cultural fit, as well as expertise.
Bluewolf’s mission is to prioritize personal development, so we continue to be recognized for the best business consultancy talent. We invest in building our people’s expertise, cultivating teamwork, and encouraging exposure to different work environments and global cultures. As a result, our people step up and take ownership as individuals, but work together as a pack.
I specifically chose Bluewolf because I wanted to be at a company where I could make a significant impact and contribution to my clients and their business. The Bluewolf agile methodology enables me to provide my client with an innovative solution, not a 1,000 page document that will be irrelevant in 6 months. Furthermore I work with a team of extremely bright, driven and creative individuals which creates an incredibly fulfilling work environment.
Based in NYC, I bring a unique background of over 13 years of global business experience with roles in Forecasting, New Product Development, Business Development, IT, Sales and Marketing to my clients. During this time I accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise working with salesforce.com as a User, Administrator, Trainer, Consultant and Project Manager. Prior to joining Bluewolf, I was responsible for IT and Marketing for a Manufacturing Company and lead a Global deployment of Salesforce.com. I have completed Executive Education at Duke Fuqua School of Business and am currently a certified SFDC Admin and Service Cloud Consultant.
The thing I enjoy most about working at Bluewolf is the sense of freedom to act on my ideas and to find my own way to succeed. I also appreciate the shared knowledge in the company. There is a strong openness that allows everyone to approach each other and tap into a huge experience repository. This is a true comparative advantage.
I joined Bluewolf after completing a Masters in Economics with Honors from Hunter College. Since starting at Bluewolf, I became a certified SFDC Administrator and Consultant, and was given the opportunity to lead projects for companies in media, finance, energy, and healthcare, all of which are at the top of their industries. What I love most about working with clients is the ???Eureka?? moment, when I recognize I have a solution to a challenge they face. I derive satisfaction from improving my clients' salesforce.com functionality to better reflect their most current business processes.
Bluewolf has one of the most unique cultures, one that promotes individualism and personal success. It holds its employees in high regard and respects them, both as professionals and people. It is very much a culture where people can pave their own path and are given the freedom to excel. As a professional, the potential for growth is unsurpassed, and I am thankful for the opportunity to thrive in such an environment.
In my five years at Bluewolf I have played many roles, ranging from Business Analyst to Managing Director. I have worked on nearly every aspect of an implementation, founded a university program for our incoming BA's, and managed our delivery team in the Western US. Most recently, I have been charged with managing our operations in EMEA focused around the Financial Services and Media/ Telco verticals. Prior to joining Bluewolf, I was the Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit organization, and I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bluewolf has created a culture where new ideas are welcome and innovation flourishes around creative minds. I can trust that my colleagues are incredibly smart, driven and share a common desire for success.
I am passionate about working with amazing companies and achieving success together. Prior to working for Bluewolf, I worked at Kaplan Test Prep in their Production and Business Systems departments as a Business Analyst. I currently hold five Salesforce certifications and am also very proud to be a Salesforce MVP. Every day, I look forward to the new and interesting challenges that working with such a variety of top-notch companies provides. I received my undergraduate degree from McGill University in Humanistic Studies, with minors in both Economics and US History.
I choose Bluewolf because of the dynamic culture. Each pack member has a unique, yet similar vision for the company - we strive for EXCELLENCE every day. I attended a Bluewolf open house in December 2010 and what really blew me away was the energy that hit you as soon as you walked through the door. I could tell immediately that members of this pack felt empowered... this was where I belong!
I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a competitive drive and passion behind every decision I make. My background is in experiential branding, special events and public relations. Recruiting was the perfect blend of all things I love- branding and networking with driven people. In my role as Internal Recruiter I am building Bluewolf's brand visibility through cutting edge recruiting strategies, career fairs and networking events.
Even all the way across the pacific the Bluewolf brand has been synonymous with innovation and quality, two core concepts I aim to instil in every person I lead and every customer I engage with. When you take those aspects and have them faultlessly delivered by a seriously cool and talented bunch of people the answer is simple.
With over 6 years experience in architecting and implementing salesforce.com and other SaaS applications I consultant customers on leveraging cloud technologies to better engage with their customers. I have a distinct passion for social engagement technologies and am always looking for interesting ways to implement and integrate them into the modern enterprise. I run the delivery teams in Australia where we infuse culture, process and technology to drive the successful deployment and adoption of online technologies.
I've been with Bluewolf since 2002 and while my role and areas of focus have changed over the years, the reasons that I am part of the Bluewolf team have not. Bluewolf provides its employees with the autonomy and flexibility to shape their own path and destiny. By cultivating a work-hard /play-hard culture, Bluewolf implicitly values and trusts its team members, and truly supports life balance.
I have over 15 years of diverse technical and business experience with an emphasis on teaching people how to be successful with their systems and solutions. My certifications include: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Salesforce.com Certified SFA Competency Salesforce.com Certified Consultant
Mission Statement: At Bluewolf, we believe in giving back to our local communities by bridging the talent gap in the use and application of technology. Our mission is to educate, enable, and empower personal and professional development through mentorship, volunteering, and technical guidance.
Community Technology Network: We are delighted to partner with San Francisco’s CTN to provide mentorship and professional development to bay area youth. An inspiring organization, CTN unites technology professionals to empower and transform lives through digital literacy.
First Tee: Bluewolf has been a proud sponsor of First Tee San Francisco for the past 8 years, donating more than $100,000 to this amazing organization which provides children of all backgrounds life-enhancing skills and values through golf and character education.
Computers For Youth: Excited to support teaching technology skills to the next generation, Bluewolf has supported New York’s CFY through fundraising and hands-on volunteer events, helping students, teachers, and parents use digital learning to improve educational outcomes.
I have been working at Bluewolf full-time (Less than a year)
People: I have yet to meet someone here that I don't like. Whatever work I'm doing aside, it's the people that make a job pleasant or not, and I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Everyone here is smart as well, which makes for a good environment in which to learn and grow. Possibilities: You can essentially go in any direction here--choose what you want to learn/do, and go do it. Good balance between independence/support: I'm not micro-managed in any way, either by my direct supervisor or by the company (no vacation policy, etc.). At the same time, I receive so much support and encouragement. There's always someone to turn to for advice, one-on-ones every other week and periodically, etc. There are people rooting for me and behind me, but no one on top of me.
So far, I honestly can't think of anything. Working at Bluewolf has been a great experience. The ABE program has been the perfect transition for me from college to the working world, and I can easily see the potential to grow here and stay around for a while.
Advice to Management
Keep on doing what you're doing. Thanks for being approachable.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bluewolf.
The recruiter was great and asked and answered all the expected questions. But notwithstanding the BA job description, go into this process with substantial Salesforce experience. The interview process begins with documenting and implementing a customer solution within Salesforce.
