I have been working at Blytheco full-time (More than 5 years)

I have been with Blytheco for over 5 years and the company trajectory just continues to pick up momentum and grow. We went through a massive rebranding, restructured the company (new CEO), hired a bunch of new team members, launched a new website, developed a new resource center and created all new promotional, sales, branding and marketing materials. It is exciting to see that changes taking place here and it is exciting to be a part of the ground floor as we build the next evolution of Blytheco. Some positives here are that you have a lot of trust from your managers, tons of resources to learn and be successful, flexibility to work remotely, outstanding leadership, sponsored monthly events/team building, opportunity to travel and go on-site with clients, sponsored annual company retreat, good benefits and some of the most genuine and kind team members I have ever met in my life. I honestly do not have any negative things to say about Blytheco in it’s entirety. They care and if you work hard and do your job, you will have a long, happy future here.

The only con is that things are constantly changing. The company is stable and has been around for over 39 years but in many ways the energy is that of a start-up (to me personally is a positive). If you are going to be successful here, you need to be a motivated self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding. We have lost a few team members this year who do not function well in a fast-paced environment and do not do well with change. If you do not like to multi-task or if you are afraid to be challenged, then you will not like working for Blytheco.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire awesome team members. Continue the transparency and keep putting out good vibes into the world. You are on the right track.
