I have been working at Boardwalk Properties full-time (More than 3 years)
We have a front desk that calls for new landlords/new listings 7 days a week. This allows us to have the best rental database in the city, which makes more money for everyone. Our database has been forged through years of hardwork meaning again we have the most product to show our costumers, meaning they win, we win.
Its not a 40 hour a week job. However I love working really long hours. So if your motivated you will crush it. If not don't consider real estate
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boardwalk Properties (Boston, MA).
Very easy interview process. The most important aspect is having your real estate license, which is ia requirement for the job. To get your license, you can either shop around online, or talk to Boardwalk as they have a deal worked out with some school. As long as you are licensed, competent, and able to commit enough time to the job, then they will hire you.
