Our five-day, 50-hour work week, is not the exception, it's typical. Work schedules are flexible to allow an occasional day off on weekends. Bob Evans Restaurants place a high priority on balance between work life and personal life.

Geographical Flexibility

With geographical locations throughout nearly half of the United States, we work with you to try to get you to the area where you would like to build your career! Some geographical areas require relocation, if moving is required, we pay your moving costs!

Industry-Renown Training

We offer paid 12-week training program: previous restaurant knowledge and management experience is not required, but is considered a plus.

All restaurant management is certified in the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe program and Applied Foodservice Sanitation Advanced training program throughout career.
