Able to run the ship the way you want as long as the results are positive. Friendly management staff, open door policy is a pleasure.
1 manager played as key cancer to the entire organization. No training provided, you must know what you are doing to keep it running smoothly. A lot of responsibilities for very general pay amount. Very small company not a lot of room for advancement.
Advice to Management
Entertain ideas, believe in your people, keep the ones that matter not the ones who have seniority.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bob Johnson and Associates (Houston, TX) in October 2014.
I was taken through 3 interviews and during the interviews I was very taken back on the information I received. The interview we discussed the annual sales and growth potential of the business, but most of this information I later found out was untrue. The owner is a great sales person and can sell you on the job.
