I have been working at Bohler Engineering full-time
Executive leadership and management really focuses heavily on creating opportunity for employees to grow. Within two weeks of starting at Bohler, my manager sat down with me and mapped out a 5-year career plan and we've been revisiting and discussing constantly throughout the year. I feel like the sky is the limit for me because of the constructive and positive feedback I have received. Managers and employees here are very genuine and want to see you succeed and they also want to deliver quality for their clients, which is why expectations are high. They really seem to live their core values here. They are not just a bunch of buzz words on a website.
More holidays would be nice but I get that we are in a client-focused industry.
Advice to Management
Just keep listening to your employees as you have been and this company will continue to thrive and grow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Bohler Engineering (Raleigh, NC) in November 2017.
I walked into the office and was taken by a receptionist to a computer to take the Wonderlic test. After I finished I moved to a conference room where I met with the office manager and a team leader. The team leader had to leave halfway through and then another senior engineer joined us for an informal lunch afterwards.
