    Executive Trainee Interview

    Easy Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bon-Ton Stores in October 2017.

I applied through my school's career portal and attended a few recruiting events on campus. The interview was straightforward behavioral questions (on-campus) with two 30 minute interviews back-to-back. Both of my interviewers were super friendly and excited about their jobs. They gave a really excellent overview of life at Bon-Ton and what the Executive Trainee program has to offer.
