Associates are GREAT! Everyone comes to work happy and ready to interact with and help customers. Also the associates are ready to help each other.
They are pushing credit way to hard. They say customers first but everyone is called out for credit. They actually have boards with everyone's name and who is getting a charge and who isn't.
Advice to Management
Stop being so pushy. Go back to how it was where the most important thing was the customers. No one was held accountable for credit and people came because it was all about them. Stop making it about credit yes it's important but the company grew and flourished because we asked but didn't push we just made the customers our friends not a dollar sign.
