I worked at Bonefish Grill part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get 50% off meals , sometimes get to attend events / social gathering , meeting new people, and make new friends. It’s typically a place of diversity

    Cons

The company policy allows only 3 table sections. over staffing if often an issue as well as dealing with hungry customers or angry guest

    Advice to Management

Thank your employee's it goes a long way, promote or offer promotions to those who go above and beyond, get to know your staff it helps with the scheduling, don’t over staff or make cuts accordingly. Take advise from those who been working at the store for a while, don’t be afraid to ask for options. A happy staff is a successful staff and a better run business.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bonefish Grill (Lakeland, FL).

    Interview

Was a little long. About two weeks from interview to training till I actually started. We were fed during each training day (a total of five days). The manager was very clear during the interview about his expectations.
