I worked at Bonnier as a contractor (More than a year)
Great job--loved the people I worked with and the stuff i worked on.
Poor management and no ability to rise the ranks.
Advice to Management
Cultivate and nurture talent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bonnier (Beijing, Beijing (China)) in June 2012.
They directly called me for an interview, since it was a small office in Beijing. Both CEO and COO interviewed me. They are quite nice and charming, asking me questions about my experience and why I am good at this job.
I mentioned the salary I wanted, they said yes. They won't be stingy as long as they feel you are the one they want.
