The people I worked with were really nice. Fairly flexible work hours, central London location.
Some middle managers lacked passion and didn't really understand the needs of the customers.
Advice to Management
Keep nurturing a fun culture, more team activities and drink nights will grow the morale and reduce employee churn.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bookatable (London, England (UK)) in May 2017.
I applied via LinkedIn (CV only) and was invited to an interview a few days later. It was a standard interview, where the two people asked me to go through my experience so far.
Reasons for Declining
I declined because I was offered a more suitable role at another company.
