Boom Lab Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Financial Analyst, Tech Analyst and Developer consultants are assigned to projects based on their background, education and skill set. They spend their time onsite at the client, working in teams to solve problems and enable their client to achieve business goals through project delivery. Projects and solutions include global systems integration, software implementations, communication & change management, and process re-engineering. From gaining alignment on project direction to testing new systems and managing global releases, our consultants gain unique experiences at top corporations while receiving support and career guidance from a local company.

The interview process is rigorous, so be prepared to come in to the office for multiple interviews (both one-on-one and in a group setting) before hearing a decision.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Boom Lab in February 2017.
The process had three steps: initial interview (mine was in-person), group/case interview, and final interview. Overall I found it very low-pressure. There weren't many typical behavioral questions and I didn't feel like I was being "tricked" by any of the questions. Very conversational and focused on making sure my questions were answered and that I understood the position. The case interview was much lower pressure than I anticipated and overall was a very positive experience.
