I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

"Best agency I have worked for"

Oct 26, 2018 - Web Designer in London, England
Recommends
Positive Outlook

Pros

I love working here as I get to work with some big name clients. My colleagues are really kind and considerate which makes coming to work everyday great, the studio is a small team but so creative

Cons

Sometimes the work/deadlines can be a little duelling but this is kind of expected in any agency. Due to major changes in the company, getting hold of management is pretty scarce

Advice to Management

The snacks available could be healthier, less fatty

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bordwalk (London, England) in Mar 2018

    Interview

Applied online by uploading a video describing my work experience, what interests I have and an interesting fact. Got a response a week later from careers, had an interview where I showed my previous web designs off. I was offered job on the spot, week later I met with the creative director for a coffee at coffee shop, he then took me into work and introduced me to the team.
