Boston Children’s Hospital is home to the world’s largest research enterprise at a pediatric center. Our research team leads U.S. pediatric hospitals in scientific publishing, with impressive representation in top basic science, top general clinical, top pediatric and top subspecialty journals. Boston Children's Hospital was listed as an author affiliation in 882 papers in 2011, 1,020 papers in 2012, and 1,323 papers in 2013, according to PubMed.

Pros
Great people, stimulating environment and many wonderful stories to tell as a communicator. Overall a well-run hospital delivering excellent care, second to no other pediatric hospital in the country.
Cons
Career advancement can be a problem, though leadership has recognized this through employee surveys and is beginning to take steps to remedy. May vary by department.

Interview
Cam in and met my supervisor and all the doctors I would work with. They were all great I also met with some team members. It took a lot longer than expected but was well worth it.
