    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Boston Proper.


    Pretty simple, basic questions. Asked what's in season now, why you want to work there, and to pair outfits together. Also how to help/greet customers. They don't ask "Describe yourself" "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" and they won't. It's not on the list of questions for them to ask you. You need to know about their story. That's going to really help you. Know the type of customer that shops there and how their store is different. The key is to know fashion, know about the store, and about the customers. That's going to be the main thing. The customer is ALWAYS first. And the questionnaire you fill out online is a personality test so answer truthfully because it really does tell when you are lying/your answers are contradictory.

    Chico's sells women's clothing retailer Boston Proper

    With new ownership, women's retailer Boston Proper is turning to its catalog, website and social media to sell its clothing. The company, based in Boca Raton, has been sold to Brentwood Associates, an investment firm in Los Angeles. Boston Proper will keep its South Florida headquarters and staff of about 70 people, said Sheryl Clark, Boston Proper's president and chief merchandising effort.
