Interviews with the recruiter and the hiring manager seemed to go well. I was told it would take approximately three weeks to hear back regarding next steps, which is unusually long in my experience. I followed up the next day to say Thank You to the hiring manager. Four weeks later I emailed the recruiter to see if they were still considering my candidacy for the role, but I never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager again.InterviewTake me through a time you used data to inform your decision.
