I have been working at Boyd Gaming full-time (Less than a year)
Fun atmosphere, coworkers are friendly and nice, all sorts of employee perks. Easy to get into and a great start for someone who is undecided on a career path or who needs some experience in a more professional area.
Customers anywhere can be annoying, but get one who has had a few drinks and just lost their mortgage, and you have to keep from slamming your face into a wall. I dislike the nagging. You forget half a receipt and have to sign for it. You get paid by the minute- literally. Security also seems to be too lax.
