Mission: Our mission is to create the best possible living environment for our customers and to do so in a way that creates community and respects the world in which we live.
We want to create something you can’t quite explain, that exceptional feeling of "home.” Join our #Bozzuto family today.
Last week, our employees enjoyed a thought-provoking conversation at the Women@Bozzuto book club meeting, led by Mike Schlegel, President of Bozzuto Construction. The discussion covered a variety of topics, such as ending discrimination, women's experiences in corporate America, and implicit bias.
Founded on integrity and meaningful relationships, Tom Bozzuto and his partners understood that true success comes to those "who do it right." They also believed that every person should have a sanctuary—a place they call home. Since then, Bozzuto has worked with partners and communities to develop, build, and manage over 100,000 homes and retail experiences that enrich neighborhoods and the lives of those who live there.
Family and giving back to the community have always been at the core of the Bozzuto culture. Though the company was founded in 1988—and now employs several thousand people in multiple states—sustaining its family feel has never diminished. Bozzuto believes in promoting employee wellbeing, as seen in family-friendly benefits and a robust perks program. The company also launched Bozzuto Cares, a platform to make it easier for employees to identify and participate in community service and charitable opportunities.
We challenge ourselves every day to embrace connections, build meaningful relationships and create a sense of belonging. Our talent, culture and community stewardship empower our mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, partners and fellow team members.
Our team is built by recruiting, developing, promoting and retaining creative thinkers whose talent and character speak for themselves. Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives represent the many distinct communities we serve.
Together, we work to ensure that everyone—residents, partners and employees alike—feel a sense of belonging. We foster an inclusive, celebratory and accountable culture reinforced by education and communication.
We don’t just develop, build and manage apartments and homes—we work tirelessly to create a sense of community. Diversity and inclusion, sustainability and social impact are just a few of the ways we focus on giving back.
Reflective of the communities we serve, our talented teams are representative of many people from different backgrounds, environments, and experiences, who share a common commitment to our values of Concern, Creativity, Passion, and Perfection.
With kindness, respect and attention to detail at the forefront of everything we do, we create sanctuary for our customers, partners and co-workers. Join us as we continue to build a culture of community.
We want our team members to be happy and healthy, both personally and professionally. Our benefits take into consideration everything from career development to family matters, health and wellness.
Since 1988, Bozzuto has brought people home to amazing places of sanctuary and community. As someone who has served our country, we know you understand the importance and privilege of having a home in which you feel safe and proud. We are proud of our growing workforce, a percentage of which is comprised of talented men and women who have demonstrated tremendous concern, creativity, and passion for our country—values that also parallel the foundation on which Bozzuto has been built.
I have been working at Bozzuto full-time (More than 5 years)
Bozzuto will give you the opportunity to take on more responsibility. They expect you to work hard and reward you appropriately. I've always found that Bozzuto higher-ups treat other employees no differently.
401k match is very low.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Washington, DC) in April 2018.
I have just started the interview process. I submitted my application on a Saturday and received an email Monday evening for an online interview using Hire Vue. You don't get a chance to re-record yourself, so I used my Mac split screen to help with any potential questions they might ask for the one chance I was given. The questions are pre-recorded and you are not face-to-face.
