    Pros

Good Salaries, good office, Top Management has good vision, 100 year old company, expanding avenues by aquiring smaller companies in the same field

    Cons

Employees are not treated well. IT Management at the some locations in PDC does not have the knowledge and skills to manage the IT staff in American standards. Behind in technology advancement,

    Advice to Management

Watch the middle management and lower management for the practices followed in managing the employees. HR is not helping enough to address the issues Employees are facing and complains done by employees are ignored

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Brady (Milwaukee, WI).

    Interview

The interview process was great and really sold me on the company. First I had a short interview at my college. Then there was a interview event. On a Thursday everyone interviewing and everyone being interviewed went to the Harley museum for a social hour. This was an informal event and it gave everyone a chance to meet in an informal setting. Then the next day was the actual interviews. I interviewed with four people and got a tour over a four hour period.

    Interview Questions

    • Stardard interview questions. Each interviewer did bring an actual engineering task they were working on and asked me to work through it   Answer Question
