I have been working at Brady full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of visibility with high level management and lots of autonomy on projects, no hovering

    Cons

Antiquated office mentality of "hardest workers stay the latest"

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Brady (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2014.

    Interview

Fairly easy to follow. Its a three day process. First a meet and greet with current employees and potential interviewers, next day is a behavioral and technical interview and the final day was a second stage interview for qualified interviewers.Interviewers were very friendly and were willing to listen and explain whenever their questions were a bit obscure. Overall, it was a positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
