I have been working at Brailsford & Dunlavey full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, interesting work, opportunities to advance, good benefits, and pleasant office environment. Great learning experience and opportunity to take on as much responsibility as you are able to handle.

    Cons

Sink or swim mentality, however, you will succeed if you are very proactive.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brailsford & Dunlavey (Boston, MA) in June 2016.

    Interview

Applied through Indeed.com and was contacted by an HR Manager about scheduling a phone interview. She asked typical behavioral questions. The next step in the process was going into the Boston office to meet the team I'd be working with. Along with the in-person interview, there was a grammar and writing assessment, each taking 30 minutes a piece.
