I worked at Brake Parts (Less than a year)
My supervisor was nice and was willing to adjust the work (data entry) to most efficiently use the time of the temp workers. Very nice cafeteria with a good selection of food.
None really. It was a good experience, and my first chance to do a full time work week.
Advice to Management
The temporary office work is well managed and very helpful.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Brake Parts (McHenry, IL) in June 2015.
I applied through LinkedIn and I got a call from HR to schedule an interview. It was phone interview and didn't last for more than 20 minutes. No technical questions it was about my background and skills.
