Benefits are great, and the people that stick around love what they do. Lots of passion around being the best in the market.
Not a very "fun" place to work. The primary objective of the team is constantly changing along with the executive team. What's important today will not be tomorrow.
Advice to Management
Better to focus teams fully on a single objective , and knock it out of the park. The constant demand for differing objectives spreads teams too thin which leads to failure or long timelines in which the benefits are never realized.
