Good salary, prompt service most of the time, professional staff, pretty good communication, get to work where you want. I like it.
You have to fill out one billion forms and you have to fax them in at your own expense. That sucked. Plus they aren't always prompt on sending you stuff.
Advice to Management
Please be more responsive to your people in the field and more thoughtful about someone who's been laid off for months having to fax in documents.
