    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Brasil Foods full-time (More than 8 years)

    - Fast Paced - Highly ambitious and results oriented - A lot of changes towars less hierarchical, leaner and results oriented approach - Strong know how on meat market

    - Lack of processes - Sometimes chaotic governance - decisions too much dependent on sibjective top management beliefs - Lack of long term strategic visiion and avenues that could clearly direct day to day management decisions - HR is all about money - Empty new culture: "3G wannabe", but without a clear identity and purpose - Very arrogant and distant top management - Lack of operational skills among top management - Lack of focus on strategic marketing: innovation or branding are not high in top management agenda

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to reply other companies culture and style. Find a deep truly BRF way, purpose and keep it as a corporate mantra in a longer tem, despite of top management structure and people changes in the future.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brasil Foods (Vienna (Austria)).
