    I have been working at Braum's part-time

    Pros

I worked with some of the best, most hardworking people I've ever met. Shift supers and assistant managers weren't laid back but wouldn't smother you either. Making sundaes is super fun. Good family atmosphere and very good pay for the industry it's in. Full timers get consistent days off and paid vacation days.

    Cons

Management was being crushed under the need to keep corporate numbers up. Assistant managers could get fired over drive through orders over 6 minutes due to food needing time to be cooked, as you can only pre cook a certain amount due to policy. Using pay cards to buy groceries is annoying and there's no way to pay cash or know how much you've spent on your next pay check without having a manager look for you. Closing always goes later than scheduled.

    Advice to Management

Trust that you have good, honest people working for you. Let us pay in cash, pay cards are a ridiculous and juvenile system, some of us have cash budgets we're trying to stick to. Stop hiring fourteen year olds. And PLEASE, update the restaurant. It feels tacky and those booths are impossible to clean.

    Laboratory Technician Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Braum's (Tuttle, OK) in August 2017.

    Interview

Applied online and received a phone call from HR after couple days asking if I was still interested about the job and giving me more informations about the requirements and the facilities to finally schedule an on-site interview couple days later.
The on-site interview was one of my first interview experiences, when I arrived I filled out a equivalent document to the application I filled out online with HR and went for a tour of the lab. After briefly meeting supervisors and personal of the company, I was surprise not having questions but "just" a tour of the facilities and a lot of opportunities for me to ask everything I wanted to know.
Everyone was really pleasant and willing to show me the lab and its surroundings. I was a little bit disappointed not having any follow-up after this interview I enjoyed.
