Mission: Providing optimal solutions in Financial Services industry and Finance operations.
I have been working at BraunWeiss full-time (More than 3 years)
As the partners will jokingly tell you they each were "one man Accenture" before starting #BraunWeiss, and now their benchmark is Fortune companies, and you can see it in everything they do.
Their processes, methodology, vision, diligence, service, commitment to excellence all line up with global organizations. However you still get to work closely with management and learn from them in every step of the way.
BraunWeiss has an exceptional internship program that they hire from and they give opportunity to students to gain hands on experience in many challenging projects.
They do not have the name recognition of global companies yet, but I see that changing quickly.
Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at BraunWeiss (Boston, MA) in April 2015.
Interview process was casual. I met with the Management Team and went over my background. They told me about the role and company in detail. They focused mostly on company values and vision. They asked specific questions to see how I would fit the organization. They want to work with flexible employees that are creative and team players. They asked me questions regarding my contributions to various projects I worked with before.
