Bread Financial Reviews

Pros
There are so many great things about working for Bread Financial, but number one is definitely the amount of opportunities we have for growth. We have open positions accessible to us at the click of a button and are encouraged to create a development plan to get us wherever we want to grow within the company. Our benefits are amazing. Bread Financial feels like a family, not a job. The compensation is wonderful and we get all of this while working from home. You can't beat it.
Cons
I haven't experienced anything I would consider a "con". There are hard days, just like any other job, but the support you get from your supervisors and your peers combats that.

The interviews went well but HRs are really unresponsive. I have given 2 rounds of interviews but haven't received any response from HR despite MULTIPLE follow-ups. After 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups, HR said that I was shortlisted and will receive another call soon. After another follow-up after 1 week, HR said that I was not shortlisted.
They are very very unresponsive and they don't seem to have a streamlined process in place. For a small company like Bread financial, finding candidates itself is a challenge and moreover if the HRs are pathetic, people will not show interest towards this company.Interviewbasic finance questions
