I worked at BreakAway Loyalty (More than a year)
Small orginazation, friendly people. Pay is much lower than the industry standards.only 10 PTO days a year. No sick time.
Small organization which means one person wears several hats...more than one person should wear. Not very much room for career growth.
Advice to Management
Don't bog your employees with more work than they can handle. Have some sort of training documentation or knowledge base for a person to fall back on so they aren't always having to go to the CTO or client services manager for help.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at BreakAway Loyalty (Alpharetta, GA) in July 2012.
Starts with a phone interview and then goes to face to face. Once you have finished the face to face you are provided a job offer if everything goes well.
