Fantastic work life balance. Ability to have an honest and open conversation with management along with senior leadership. Honest work, yes that has times of pressure and stress, but at the end of the day you feel valued by the company.

Interview
Very unprofessional recruiting. The first and second interview went great and was offered the job an hour after the second interview. I counter offered for 10% more. I didn't get a response the next day so I emailed asking for an update. They instantly replied back with only, "it was declined." So I said I'd take the original job offer and they emailed back, "job had been rescinded." They were never going to notify me, it seems like with the short responses they gave me. I have a feeling the recruiting team didn't even relay my counter offer to the hiring manager. This is very unprofessional negotiating tactics from HR.InterviewHow do you handle an irate customer?
