-Not many today; mostly that it is a smaller company but I enjoyed that because it gave me many opportunities to learn and gain greater responsibility that I would never have had in a bigger company
-It did go through a rough period due to poor management, but the new management team is wonderful and genuinely cares about their employees and customers. They are making sure the company is heading in the direction it should be!
Advice to Management
Keep working hard and take the time to hire motivated people who care.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bridgeline Digital (Chicago, IL) in December 2015.
Multiple phone calls, a sales skills document, face to face interviews with key stakeholders. writing self-assessment. My whole process started with an recruiter screen, submission of resume, and then three additional phone screens from the CEO, to Senior Vice President of Business Development and HR. Communication through the process was excellent and the process went fairly quickly. It was a good experience.
