    Sales and Management Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgestone Retail Operations (Fayetteville, AR).

    Interview

Pretty easy interview. I was an my university's career fair and was offered an interview that next morning. I interviewed with two people. The interview was upbeat and consisted of basic interview questions. A couple weeks later I was invited to the next round of interviews. This was conducted at a local Firestone Complete Auto Care and I interviewed with the regional HR manager. This was a more serious interview. A few weeks later I was emailed my acceptance to the program and was given a week to make my decision.
