    I have been working at BrightHouse full-time

    Pros

    Brought house cares about how the employee, and shows apriciation for hard work. Often buys lunch and other incentives to employees. Very high compensation. Work at home and top reps can make their own schedule.

    Cons

    Being on the phone for 8 hours drains you mentaly. Hard to makes friends at work when you are tied to a phone.

    Advice to Management

    Don't change. Continue being honest to the little guys. Continue showing that we are more than just an employee number. Remember that our families are relying on you to treat us right.

    Interview

    The interview was with two supervisior asking questions back and forth. Some of the questions were the same just asked differently. I would prefer one person interviewing and more questions asked about my experience not hypothetical questions.
