    Positive Outlook

    Brightergy invests a lot in its employees and focuses on helping them grow professionally. Unlike most jobs I have had, Brightergy encourages you to challenge yourself to develop skills and talents you didn't know you could achieve. There's no better feeling than achieving something professionally that you thought was out of reach. The fact that you work in renewable energy and energy efficiency is a great bonus. It's a great feeling when you know you have made the world a better place at the end of the day.


    You will be challenged to think outside the box, and to stretch beyond what you have been trained to do. I look at this type of environment as a positive career motivator.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brightergy (Kansas City, MO).


    Submitted my resume to an employee's email I found on their website. At the time, their HR was useless, but it has gotten much better. Met with direct supervisor and discussed relevant skills and job requirements. Later talked on phone with CEO to discuss the same details. They were very accommodating to my schedule.
