I have been working at Brightstar full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pick your own days to work. Start the very next day if you want. No required holiday or weekends! Helpful staff.

    Cons

They only send you one option a week if you are an RN. No pay differentials for weekend or nights. Have to pay for own background check. Not given any information about where you are going, such as ratio or acuity.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized and competitive with local agency companies.

I applied online. I interviewed at Brightstar.

    Interview

Was an easy process. Interview was short and basic Oops concepts questions were asked.
SQL server basic questions. About previous project and real time scenarios. The managers who interviewed were very friendly and helped me explain the interview questions more clearly.
