Based in Baltimore, MD, Brightview Senior Living, LLC opened its first senior living community in Maryland in 1999. Today, Brightview offers 40 communities in eight states - Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia. The communities include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Dementia Care options.

People where nice as of your coworkers. There’s a sense of family with the residents.
Pretty much nothing to complain about.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brightview Senior Living (Bethesda, MD) in June 2019.
Met initially in a group interview. Followed up next day with my direct report. Phone interview with Regional Director and final interview with members of Director team and Regional management.
